Learning facilities include:


  • 1 auditorium with capacity of 158 seats (dividable in two separate classrooms) with Global Connectivity Classroom to connect with branch campus in Switzerland
  • 17 well equipped classrooms, each with a maximum capacity of 35 seats
  • 4 tutorial rooms, each with a maximum capacity of 15 seats
  • 3 kitchens (each tailored for a different Food & Beverage concepts)
  • 1 demonstration kitchen
  • 1 demonstration bar
  • 1 demonstration front office
  • 1 demonstration hotel room
  • 1 demonstration housekeeping office
  • 1 language laboratory
  • 1 IT laboratory
  • 1 library with study room and media center where faculty and students can research, learn, study, relax and solve problems.


All learning facilities have state-of-the art equipment, including computer projectors, color printing, scanning and copying and audio visual devices. Students can also borrow digital cameras for presentations.

Internet connections are available throughout the campus, in addition to a wifi network that covers al learning facilities, communal areas and students’ living quarters.

The library collection holds more than 6,000 books, professional magazines and over 1,500 CDs/DVDs. In addition, students have access to our e-library with more than 135,000 e-books, 8,000 e-journals, and thousands of academic dissertations, offering a great resource for research.

Our professional librarians offer expertise to ensure the required information is available.

Depending on the student’s program and semester, full or half board at the school is included in the fees, and students choose from four dining options:


  • ONE (Origin Nature Essence) – The latest culinary addition to the campus provides a sophisticated and elegant dining experience, serving native comfort foods from around the world.
  • House of Color Bistro – This is a relaxing, ideal place for students to grab some coffee or refreshment during the day or enjoy a fast-food menu (including burgers, sandwiches and different salads) for lunch or dinner.
  • Le Marché Restaurant – The main dining room on campus serves three meals a day on weekdays and offers brunch and dinner on weekends. Several food stations can be found offering different hot and cold dishes, as well as delicious desserts.
  • El Olivo Restaurante – Serves a la carte, fine dining lunch and dinner. Students can experience here a luxurious and exquisite three-course meal (appetizer, main course and dessert).

Students have access to several outdoor and indoor sport facilities at the school’s official sports center, Manolo Santana Raquet’s Club, just 15 minutes walk from the main campus. Our students have access to the following services at the sports center while studying:

  • Tennis & padel courts – with tennis & padel school
  • Swimming pool
  • Gym
  • Bodyblitz, yoga & pilates


Students are also encouraged to organize sporting and recreational activities in collaboration with the Student Services Department.

In addition to these facilities, students have access to plenty of recreational and sport activities outside campus, reachable within a few minutes’ walk or drive by car, as well as a mini football pitch and putting green on campus.

You will be expected to wear professional business attire on campus, which you will need to bring with you. Les Roches will provide clothing for the practical training modules.
