Students can complete the same type of undergraduate studies as offered in Spain entirely taught in English. Overlooking the Rhône valley and surrounded by the beautiful Swiss Alps, Les Roches Bluche sits just below the heart of Crans-Montana, one of Switzerland’s most renowned ski and summer resorts.

For 25 years, the Les Roches flagship campus has prepared its students through a trademark combination of experiential learning and management theory. In 1991, Les Roches became the first school in Switzerland to be accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC).

LES ROCHES - JIN JIANG, CHINA

The Les Roches Jin Jiang campus, near Shanghai, is truly a unique location. The campus opened its doors to international students in 2009 and is currently the only hospitality management school that integrates the cultural experience of living in China with the excellence of a Swiss hospitality school program.

Nestled within the 120-hectare garden-style campus of Shanghai Normal University, Les Roches Jin Jiang is near Feng Xian beach resort and less than an hour away from the bright lights and exciting sights of downtown Shanghai.

Since its foundation in 1991, Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School has adopted the Swiss educational model with a balanced combination of practical and theoretical courses.

ROYAL ACADEMY OF CULINARY ARTS - AMMAN, JORDAN

The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts is an affiliate of the world renowned Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland. The campus is located on the south bound of King Abdullah II Street in west Amman, Dabouq area.

The facility is built over 4,022 square meters of private setting offering you privileged culinary learning experience in a pleasant serene atmosphere. The classrooms are equipped with the latest imported kitchen technology and utensils used by top international restaurants and hotels.

ENDERUN COLLEGES - MANILA, PHILIPPINES

Enderun Colleges is situated in one of Metro Manila’s central business districts and is the Philippines’ premiere hospitality management college.

The Les Roches certificate program is fully integrated into the Enderun curriculum, and allows Enderun students, who pass a qualifying exam, to gain Les Roches’ certification after only two years of study. After earning the certificate, hospitality management students have the option of completing their four-year degrees at Enderun or transferring to a Les Roches campus in Switzerland or Spain.
