The denial to give the information will suppose the impossibility of the binding relation that is pretended with by completing this application form. All information will be included in an automated data base file property of Escuela Superior de Alta Gestión de Hotel S.L., Urb. Lomas de Río Verde, s/n, Ctra. de Istán, Km 1, E-29602 Marbella, Spain. Likewise, if not notified to the contrary, the holder expressly consents to the automated treatment, total or partial, of the above mentioned information for as long as it is deemed necessary for the indicated purposes.
