All the fields included in the form are obligatory. The denial to give the information will suppose the impossibility of the binding relation that is pretended with by completing this application form. All information will be included in an automated data base file property of Escuela Superior de Alta Gestión de Hotel S.L., Urb. Lomas de Río Verde, s/n, Ctra. de Istán, Km 1, E-29602 Marbella, Spain. Likewise, if not notified to the contrary, the holder expressly consents to the automated treatment, total or partial, of the above mentioned information for as long as it is deemed necessary for the indicated purposes. In any case, the holder of the information will be able to exercise his right of access, opposition, rectification and cancellation, in conformity with current Legislation, by sending a letter to LES ROCHES MARBELLA to the address stated before, with the reference "Data Protection" and providing photocopy of the D.N.I. or equivalent as prove of identity and to be considered valid, in order that the person in charge of the file could perform the proper checking.
